Texstar
Texstar develops hybrid workwear and has joined the STICA initiative (The Scandinavian Textile Initiative for Climate Action). Texstar contacted us because they wanted help calculating their impact and setting goals to ensure they meet the requirements that STICA places on its members.

To succeed in this, there was a need to first ensure that the entire company, and especially the management team and majority owner, shared a common understanding, vision, and plan for how to achieve the high goals and ambitions set. Therefore, we began by conducting a Lighthouse session where, together with the management team, we agreed on a shared understanding, ownership, and structure around the issues. This resulted in the management team setting a clear direction regarding ambition, communication approach, and the type of business development needed going forward. All of this was then linked to the calculations made as part of our Compliance++ package.

Thus, there was now clarity regarding both the management team’s and the owners' roles in the work ahead, as well as clear data on what needs to be done year by year in terms of business development, emission reductions, and operational adaptations.
